Wrong item was delivered to house. Unable to reach company representative even after numerous phone calls, emails, messages over 2-weeks.
We placed/processed an order at Contemporary Furniture Warehouse *** on June 21, 2020 for a Modway loveseat (Model #: *** We received a package early July 2020 but the package was incorrect...the package instead was a daybed (Model #: *** The incorrect item is still sitting in our garage unopened.

We observed the model number on the packing slip and the shipment were different so our belief is that the mistake happened in the shipping department. To resolve the issue, we have made numerous attempts to reach the company over a course of 2 weeks using a variety of communication methods but the company is unresponsive. We have called daily (waiting many times 30 mins to an hour), left voicemails, sent 3 emails/message collectively between my wife and I, etc with no response. My wife did on one occasion have someone say hello but immediately they hung up on her.

Desired Outcome

We are simply looking for either a refund or the order to be fulfilled in a timely fashion. We still have the other package in our garage unopened.

Company failed to fulfill my order after payment was made on my credit card. No response to my emails and I was unable to contact the company by phone
I ordered a desk from their website on June 18, 2020 and paid in full with my Visa credit card which went through on my bank account. They immediately charged my card.
My order #***. It's a Walker Edison desk.
They have not confirmed if the item is in stock, haven't given me a delivery date, haven't responded to my emails, they don't answer their phone.
I haven't gotten what I paid for and I'm out $313.80.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back so I can buy a desk.

I placed and order on April 30th, 2020 and I have yet to hear from them. I emailed and called multiple times to no avail.
My purchase date is April 30, 2020. ***. I made a purchase for $169.80 for the Corinth Rectangular Dining Table in Distressed Gray. I would like a refund for this order since it looks like I won't be receiving it.

Desired Outcome

I'm looking for a refund/cancellation for this order if it can't be fulfilled.

It has been resolved

I'm trying to cancel a pending order made by mistake. The business has no way of contacting them directly and will not return my calls.
I mistakenly ordered an entertainment center from *** and I feel very uncomfortable with the transaction now. Please see below:

The item is: Cabrini 2.2 Floating Wall Theater Entertainment Center in Nut Brown Ã? 1
The cost was: $797.90
My order # is: ***

They have no contact information on the website besides this number: ***. They don't allow you to speak with anyone and only allow you to leave a message. I've left two messages and sent 3 emails to what I think is their customer support email: ***

I only got the above email by contacting PayPal who is the payment processor. PayPal was unable to cancel the transaction as it is in a pending state.
I contacted my bank and they cannot cancel for the same reason.

The webiste's contact page does not have any way of contacting them except through the *** number. ***

This is their cancellation policy and I have received no communication from them:
We process order at a high rate to be sure to deliver your items in a timely manner. Therefore, if you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate cancellations, however, we are not able to accept cancellation requests on orders that have already been processed and passed to ship, without fees. If the order has not been processed for fulfillment or passed to ship, we will honor the request and refund your payment in full. Please note: Cancellations are not confirmed until you receive a written notification from us that the cancellation has been accepted.

Desired Outcome

My bank is holding that money as pending. I need my money freed up. I need this order cancelled asap.

Not processing the pick-up and refund of an order that was incorrectly labelled on their website.
I ordered a dresser and nightstand ***. The website stated the dresser was 47" wide. After assembling it, I realized it was in fact 51" wide and thus did not fit my space. I asked for a return on or about April 19th. I was told I would get a response in 3-4 business days. They never responded to the claim. I followed up and they said they were working on a getting someone to pick-up the item. Again they did not follow-up on this. This a recurring theme. I literally talk with the service representative, ***, almost every day. She always promises to either call me back, or update me tomorrow, or have her supervisor, ***, contact me later - None of this ever happens. Last Friday, they said Habitat for Humanity was going to pick it up and would reach out. It has been 6 days since then and I have not heard from them. I followed up again with *** this past Monday (5/7) and requested to speak with ***, I was told I would be called back - Never happened. I called Tuesday and got *** again, She put me on hold for 15 minutes while she was suppose to be getting ***. She then said she would transfer me to her. It went to voicemail. I called back and got an automated message saying they were closed. I called again today. *** said that Habitat did not do pick-ups in my area, but offered no concrete plans to arrange a pick-up. She said I needed to talk to ***, but can't get me in touch with her. She refuses to put me in contact with anyone else who might be able to help. All this time they have been keeping my money (close to $1,000) and I am being forced to store these large boxes in my NYC studio apartment. This unacceptable and I see no end in site.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund to be processed immediately and the furniture to be picked up immediately or be given the right to discard the furniture

Received full refund

I have been trying to get a refund/credit on merchandise returned on 1/2/18 following their return instructions without success. After repeated calls I am always told the person I need to speak to will be back in 20 minutes and when I call there is no answer.

I purchased a dresser from this business and it was delivered to my house damaged on two separate occasions. The second delivery I refused from the carrier but the first delivery wasn't recovered damaged until it was unpacked completely. I immediately contacted the business and was told a pick up would be arranged. After the second damaged product arrived I asked for a full refund instead of waiting for another replacement. I was told on two occasions that a pick up would take place in the following days and that was a month ago. I was told I wouldn't get my refund until the pick up happened and they could verify tracking. I have left several messages on the last 2 weeks and nobody has returned s or my emails. Please help!

First of all we would like to apologize that the dresser ordered, as well as the replacement sent, arrived damaged. This has been adressed with shipping company and we are looking over our packaging on this item. Our customer service team has been in constant contact with customer and a full refund was issued on 04/19 via original form of payment. It is our goal to always be responsive and solve these types of incidents as quickly as possible. The reason we did not respond immediately to Revdex.com claim is that the it was sent to the wrong address. Please update address on file for faster processing if there ever should be a claim filed in the future. Address is listed on website.
