Made phone call to client and left message with no return phone call. Willing to look at and address issues

Review: On May 10, 2013, we signed a contract with CHC to 'refurbish screened enclosure as per spec sheet'. In paragraph 3 of this contract, it is stated that 'Workmanship is guaranteed against defects for a 5 year period after the date of installation. This guarantee shall apply to actual labor furnished & material supplied as required by this agreement and shall include only the specific repairs set forth herein.'The first quote for the work was for $11850.00 with senior citizen discount of $1,000.00 bringing the total to $11850.00. The final cost of the project was $11700.00. Work was completed June 5, 2013.On June 10, 2013, a call was placed to the company about the floor. There were some areas that were not fitted together & there were spaces between the boards. This flooring was made by Mohawk.On June 17, 2013, a call was placed to the company regarding the exterior hand railing & how it was beginning to split.On July 25, 2013, we received a return call from the company. We were told that they were busy, then they were going on vacation & they would get back to us.Calls were placed again on August 23rd & August 26th. Mr. Daly stated he would stop by regarding the floor. The issue of the railing was addressed at this time. The reply was that the railing was pine & it would split. I did not make contact with the company again until 2014. There were 4 phone calls made between May & June. All calls were returned. The last one was that he was busy & would call back by the end of June. I have not heard from him. The floor is water marked and buckled near the door (most thresholds have a 'pitch' this does not), hand-railing now split in several areas; there are gaps where paint applied & some of the molding is separating.Desired Settlement: I want these issues fixed: handdrailing, painting, floor which is discolored and warped, threshold replaced so that no more water can collect and seep into the enclosed area, and the molding around the window etc.
