This business overcharges for services without regard for repeat customers Advance priced estimates are not honored Appointment times are not kept with little to no communication about delays or even postponements If the owner and workers arrive early and have to wait until the actual appointment time, be prepared to be charged since, per the owner, "My guys have to be paid by the hour even if they're not doing anything."
My most recent experience included the full charge of an "outside" estimate for a job that only required half the estimated work On the same day a $fruit tree was removed from my yard to be transplanted on another property but the appointment was not kept As usual the customer had to call and after messages was finally told that the appointment had to be postponed to one of the next days After arguing with the customer Mr*** "threw the tree in a dumpster" because he alleged the recipient told him to do that during the argument I immediately called to have the tree returned to me but my calls were ignored I have repeatedly asked for the tree to be returned, or compensation made, and after days of promises, my calls are no longer answered
Please note that I have used this company off and on for some years and in spite of the long term relationship I have been treated with complete disregardThis is no longer an honorable business and if you use its services, be prepared for non-compliance, non- performance and excuses for not returning calls like "My phone was broken." (actual response from Mr***)
