I need a website writer for my business I had paid $25 dollars just for a few lines when I get back the text it looked like a 8 years old boy wrote the text it doesn't make any sense at all? then I have paid $30 dollars for another text about us I did send my text 2 month ago finally I have spoken to rep he stated that my text was corrupted how can a notepad get corrupted? bunch of lies our. spokesperson who is expert on computers have stated to our ceo we know however they stated that they were given us money back we haven giving anything yet. my point is now we got hire someone else to do the project all over and that coast us money! let me give some people a little advice do not do any business with them don't say I didn't warn you soDesired Settlement: no refund was awarded to your comp

Review: The company offers SEO marketing practices with a guarantee that in 30 days they will get results or the customer will get his/her money back. I signed the contract and paid on Feb 26th, 2015; and by March 26th, 2015; the company had not been able to complete even the initial account setup (after I had to ask multiple times for a project implementation plan, schedules, etc).

Because they failed to meet the deadlines, I finally requested a cancellation of the contract and a refund on April 2nd, and the company representative "[redacted]" "[redacted] first tried to place blame on me the customer for their own internal delays, and later asked for "fair compensation for work carried off for my web site"... My only comment here is "what work, nothing was actually done" on April 6th

After that, the company has stopped responding to my requests for a refund, and so far on April 10, 2015 I have not hear back from them for several days, nor I have received a confirmation that a refund has been processed.

All of this information is verifiable via Email (I have the complete email exchanges with the company indicating the problems we had, the delays, their continuous promises to do it better, their requests for even more time to try again, their attempt to blame me the customer for their failure to complete the work, and finally their attempt to extort money for work that had not been done).Desired Settlement: All I require them is to provide a full refund since the work was not ever even started. Either their customer service has severe problems understanding their own policy, or they have a "Bait and Switch" operation, making a promise, and then trying to steal/keep the money without actually delivering the service they promise.

The policy on their web site states that "If you don't start ranking in 30 days you don't pay us anything! We'll refund your 100% payment" ht[redacted]

Review: An agreement was made for www.contentdevelopmentpros.com to provide me with over 200 articles and they failed to deliver. Not only did they fail to meet expectations, but you were delivering incorrect and corrupt content.Desired Settlement: BTW, you completely SCREWED me over. I have clients complaining to me that their content isn’t on their site.

Look at the outstanding work. I am extremely unhappy with this service. Give me the rest of my articles and we are done with you.

Review: I ordered a brochure from them and they sent me back a product. When I asked for the originals they told he first that I want not allowed to have them and just ask them for what I wanted changed. Which they indicated they would recharge me for. When I complained and called back multiple times to reach a manager which never happened I was told that I was allowed to have the editable files and they would get me the next day. I waited 2 days without my product or a response. I again had to call them to see what was happening and they told me my contact was in a meeting and I was not allowed to talk to a supervisor. 3 hours later a supervisor called me telling me an employee had a personal issue and resulting in a reason why I couldn't get the files. He stated he would update me the next day which he never did. I called again and asked for my contact Tim who again was in a meeting about my issue. I was told they have my files now but can't find a way to send them to me. They said they tried to use Drop Box, WeTransfer, and Google drive but they said all of them failed. Again forcing me to wait and be delayed on receiving my product. 5 days from start of this issue to now I have only talked to a supervisor once to ensure me that I will receive the product I already paid for, I never get a followup or return call from the company, and I don't receive verification emails or notification that they even tried to send me something.Desired Settlement: I want what I paid for in my possession so I can full fill the order for my client.

Review: Placed an order to have 7 pages of my website to be be re-written with proper SEO. I also ordered a sales marketing email that I needed to send to clients in 7 days to coincide with a conference. I was given 100% guarantee and a 3 day turn around. 5 days later, I received two pages that were obviously written by someone who had the minimal understanding of English. The sentences weren't just bad. They didn't make sense. I contacted and they said they were concerned and would get right back to me. 5 days later they said the problem would be taken care of but sent me more gibberish. I asked about what I needed to do to file for my refund and I was told they would give me one. It had now been almost a month. I did receive the email sales letter. It was also gibberish and arrived a week after I had told them from day 1 - that it had to be sent. I have contacted CDP multiple times to ask for a refund but they state they will not give one to me despite their 100% satisfaction guarantee posted on their we site and told to me when I talked to rep on the phone.Desired Settlement: My order was placed in 2 payments. One for $199 and another for $70. Both were made on a Wells Fargo Business Bank card. I have also issued a complaint with my bank.
