Contently

Review: I signed up for an account with Contently on September [redacted] and decided I didn't like the site. I tried to delete my account and discovered the only way to do so is to send an email to the support team at the email address [redacted]. I sent an email requesting that the account be deleted and received an automated ticket saying my request had been received. Several days later, the account was not deleted. On October [redacted] I sent a second letter to the support team asking for assistance in deleting my account. I received two more notices from the help center confirming that Contently had received my request. When my account was still open two days later, I emailed the company's CEO, [redacted], about the issue and got no reply. That was on October [redacted]. I also attempted to reach out to the company via [redacted], to no avail.Desired Settlement: I would like for Contently to delete my account. It's unprofessional and bad business practice to make users file requests to delete their accounts and then to deny those requests by inaction.
