We had a bad house fire last yearIt was an awful experience, with the loss of a house, personal belongings, and furniture Eileen, & her experienced, compassionate staff at Contents Cleaning were there within an hour of our callEileen arrived with moving trucks & cleanup crews, and immediately got to work at moving our belongings, helping us find and sort out our necessary items such as medicines and salvageable food, etcAnd immediately began giving us advice and counseling on how to make the best of a worst-case scenarioThey helped us find temporary housing, food, clothing, & other resourcesThey helped us deal with unscrupulous contractors & other so-called "remediation" companies who are just really carpet cleaners in disguise who Triple their prices when they smell blood in the water like sharks, and how to best work with our insurance company (Contents Cleaning even uses the Same Software as the Insurance industry to Smooth the claims process for their customers ! )

I had a slow water leak in my basement furnace room area where there is a finished bathroom and bedroom adjoining it. After mitigation crews removed all the cabinets, tile, and carpet Contents Cleaning, Inc had their crew come out to carefully removed all the bedroom furniture, bedding, and personal contents in a well organized system. Every piece of furniture was well wrapped for storage and towels and bedding were sent off for sterilizing and storage. All of this process helped me to live with the inconvenience of the situation that included water as well as some black mold. The staff was properly dressed and wore gloves so as not to be exposed to hazards to their health while working. The manager and coordinator came to survey the situation immediately and then they worked fast to have their staff come to clear the affected areas. They did top notch work and were a blessing to me emotionally in my moment of great distress. Kudos to all the managers and employees!
