Attention no trust
Attention no confiance
I am a international buyer
I bought a mustang month ago after I made confiance to a Mr *** who cofirmed me that the car is in a very good shape
Paints is very nice and he tried the car it was no leaking and it drives very good :)
I received the car ohhhh my god what a shocking car for XXXXX$ !!!!!
Paints shows many air bubbles and dusty under it
Gear is changing hardly
I called him and I was trying to explain to Mr *** he told me that"( don't take it badly working by car is like gambling )"
What a shame Making a trust is gambling now
Attention when you buy from them I advise to send a third party to check the car as Mr *** told me and I have a record voice call for him I any body need proofs

I purchased a vehicle through this company & took the avenue of the local car inspector at the cost of $to examine this vehicleBetween the inspection & the description of the vehicle, the vehicle appeared to be in sound condition
Now, between the time it leaves the company & arrives at my house problems start developingI openly admitted to the sales man that I was exicted when the vehicle arrivedSo that's my fault for not noticing this of the bat, which will be turned into my fault
I did have an issue with battery dying on the inspector & it having to be chargedI asked if the battery could be changed out before it being shippedSURE NO PROBLEM! The owner said it wouldn't be an issue, I was toldThe battery wasn't changed, it was just charged over the weekendAfter receiving the vehicle, it wouldn't start up at stop I madeJumped it & started up no problemDrove it home, guess what it died againAfter a short change of emails, they reimbursed me for the battery
It did have a knock in the motor once turning it over, but quickly disappearedThe only gauge that works is the speedometer, so I drove it up to the local oil change location & had the oil changedWhere they brought to my attention the black inked color oil, that's in the vehicle
The spark plug wires on the passenger side have spots where they have dropped down to headers & meltedThe plugs themselves look like they haven't been changed in years, due to the carbon buildup on themThe contact points on the inside of the distributor cap are all corroded & rustedNone are good working condition, which all are very visible to the eye if the time was taken during the pre-inspection that took place before agreeing to consign the owner
Openly admitted by the manager of the NC branch, the time to pull dipsticks & throughly look over the vehicles is something they need to take time to work onWOW! After a 43k purchase this is the explanation I get, & I knew better to ask for help with cost of a rebuild engineWhen he apologized several times about the issues I'm having, he tells me, if there's anything I can do to help let me knowThere's my chance, to ask for a wishful thinking of help, but I got shot down considering they already paid the consignmentAS/IS NO WARRANTYHopefully after this transaction & my voice there procedures for pre inspections change, but I guess that's what I get from purchasing a vehicle over the internet,"Coming from the GM of the branch"
So for anyone looking at the Revdex.com rating for this company, please take the time to do your homework before buying

I purchased a classic car from Streeside Classics consignment company in Charlotte, N.CI live in Minnesota and needless to say I was a bit nervous about buying something from a company so far away and sight unseenOverall it was a good experienceThe vehicle was pretty close to stated in the advertising presented by Streetside on their website and when talking to the sales representativeKeep in mind they do not own the cars they sellI would strongly recommend spending the money (around $150) to have someone inspect the car or truck you are thinking of purchasingThey will recommend a guy who does a lot of the inspections for themOverall the inspector did a nice jobMissed disclosing a couple of things fullyNot major items but pretty obvious problems that require more work than stated in the reviewThe folks at Streetside are friendly and will help as much as they canI can recommend them but remember they are not mechanics they are a consignment shop selling for a second party and might not know what needs to be repaired or how bad a problem really isThey say they do inspect the vehicles they take in to make sure the major components work, lights, tranny, motor etcThey make sure there are no major problems

Recently sold my antique car through Streetside Classics specifically working with [redacted]. Streetside Classics was recommended to me through a friend who had also sold his vehicle through their consignment service. [redacted] was very informative, professional and up-front concerning the entire process. Sold my car within two weeks and would definately use their service again.
