Conti Auto Sold me a Mwith a listed competition packageThis package runs an additional $6000, and is confirmed on the Vin on this vehicleHowever the car had these upgrades removed, and replaced with stock packagePackage includes aftermarket performance exhaust and wheelsWhen I questioned them about my concern, they swore that the vehicle had the packageI have since had two seperate BMW dealerships look into the issue and both confirmed that the package was removed and swapped with stock, yet sold as if it had the package stillI have reached out to the dealership, just to be hung up on, and told that its not their problemHowever I have the original add with listed package, text and emails as well confirming the package was includedThis would fall in the lines of fraud

can you please close my case against conti auto sales in Burlingame. A resolutions has been made.
