Dear Sir or Madam,We received your letter informing us about complaint filed by *** *** to the Revdex.com We sent a response letter to your offices on Monday, July 27th However, in case you didn't receive the letter, we are e-mailing you with its contents
electronically.We are truly sorry that you did not enjoy your experience at our motel We do make every attempt to ensure that our rooms are clean We will implement extra measures to verify that each room is properly cleaned prior to our guests being checked into the room The reason we did not give you a refund was because you did not approach the front desk on the same day of chewhen all our refund transactions are made When the key was returned, it was almost a day after so there was no way for the front desk manager to verify that you did not stay there the night That being said, we do truly value our guests and will refund you your money Again, we apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding.
