Purchase and pay for a T.D.I. policy 3/2017, 2 claims files, both denied saying I do not have a policy. Purchased and paid for a TDI policy in 9/2017 was never put in effect. Filed a TBI claim 3/2018 said I dont have a policy & again 8/18 said no policy. I purchased on 9/1/17 a Temp dis. ins. policy that has been paid 2x monthly from my employer paycheck. I received the policy in mail after numerous requests for the policy. It was months later it came. I filed a TBI claim on 3/26/18 was told when I called I do not have a policy. After I contacted Aflac agent K.T. and emailed everyone I could find an email address for I was told it was third party billing issue. Eventually claim was processed and a check mailed out. I had surgery August 2, 2018 and needed to file another claim. I received a letter in mail stating " it does not appear he coverage ever went into effect" DENIED. I once again reached out to the agent K.T.and L.D. District Sales Coordinator who told me the following "Hi **

I was cheated out of service provided by this companyThey were due to pay me for my hospital stay per our contractHowever, did not pay
If I were to be admitted into the hospital, I was entitled to the coverage to pay me for the hospital stayIt was rulled by them as an observation!!! Which is outpatient service while I was there admitted for three dayI sent the hospital bill and they refused to determine payment by itThe hospital was also negligent I was there for three days and paperwork says otherwiseIt states hours This was a horrible experience
By both partiesI have the proof that what is being documented is falseI was also treated very badly at the hospitalPlease help!

This company refuses to process our claims .We need our claims processed
We have two claims that Aflac will not processWe have sent multiple emails, spoken to many representatives, sent many faxes and have talked to managers with any luckIt's been weeks and our claims have not even been looked atI have reference numbers, copies of emails and recorded conversations with representativesIf this does not get resolved I will file a claim in court
