I am rejecting this response because: He is lieing,he never told me no ,and I told him that I only had the ping slip but registering was under my name but didn't have it with me ,and no I didn't have my Id with me,that's when he said that he couldn't work on my car cause I needed my I'd and car registration under my name and to go to the DMV,and there were be no problem to park the car on the side and to take the keys with me.he never said to go back that day ,because when we got to his place it was already 3:pm we didn't made it in time then vetrans day ,then the weekend so it was 6days,after I went not like he said,then I get there on the 6days told him I had everything he requested and the only thing he said was that he had to call the towing to pick up the car.I just look at him and said what I don't have any money to pull it out.and left.he doesn't have no signs saying no parking or it would be tow he just made me believe it was OK to leave it there.if he would of told me I would not never left it,and he never bother in asking me for my information and I wanted to give it to him but he said it's OK

consumer is the legal vehicle registered owner, and car has to be in running conditions, to be able to smog test before any repairs. Consumer walked in to my shop asking far help due to car dying on drive way in from of my shop. I asked to consumer, how can I help you and she replied "I have my car in front for a smog test but it keeps turning off and I have a $500 voucher, I ask her for Registration and ID, she respond I only have the pink slip, I asked if it was registered on her name, she responded No. So I told her one of the requirement's is that the car needs to be registered on her name. I explained to her that she needs to go to the DMV and start the process and bring me initial registration to start the test, she responded "but my car won't run any more', I respond "I won't be able to test or repair the car due to you not being able to provide the paperwork requirements to start inspection process, and the car needs to be in running conditions to be able to test." She asked me if she can leave the car at the front parking lot I said "No'', and she said "but my car won't start'', I answered ok you can park outside the shop but lock your car, because I'm not responsible for anything that happens to your car and you have'to return today, due to construction by Gas company on street, they take over all front parking lot to storage heavy equipment over night, she answered "ok." Car stayed there for eight days before being towed away, consumer took the keys with her and no information was provided such as Name or Phone number by consumer, I had no way to contact consumer to let her know the car needed to be removed. Consumer showed up about 10 days after it was left here. On this location are two business and I share partial parking spots with the other business. and at that time also construction company on road equipment. Sincerely, [redacted]
