To Whom it May Concern: My name is ***, and I am a sales representative here at Rhino Linings of DelawareI am writing in reference to complaint # [redacted] [redacted] scheduled for us to install tires that he supplied usWe installed them at his requestHe called several minutes after leaving, stating that of his tires were installed backwardsI asked him to stop back over so we could take a look at themOur tire technician went outside and talked to [redacted] about the issue, and explained to him that the tires are asymmetrical tires, meaning they can be mounted either way, they are not directional tires, meaning they had to be mounted only in one directionAt that time, we thought [redacted] was good with the situation, because he left happyWe didn't know he was still upset until we received a notification from the Revdex.com stating he was not happyAt the time we received it, I contacted [redacted] again, and asked him to please let us refund his money [redacted] then got upset, and was angry, using language, stating he just wanted the tires on right, which I again explained to him were on right, but we would be glad to refund his money, and fix what ever it was that he thought was not rightWe then scheduled him an appointment for Saturday, June 7th, at noonHe did not come in for that appointment, and we have not heard from him since thenWe have tried to contact the Revdex.com on three different occasions; once while they were out on lunch break, once they were out for some kind of training, and once was after hours, and I couldn't leave a message Thanks, ***
