I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. When they delivered the fencing the day before the installation, they actually backed a trailer onto my neighbors yard so that they could drop off the materials to my back yard since there wasn't enough room to back in beside my houseAs far as the liner, they stapled the liner on the posts which left a gap between the fence post and the fence boardsThis company did not know what they were doing!! They refused to correct the problem once the liner was put on my neighbors side of the fence! They said the boards would crack if they took them down. This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with regarding customer service and professionalism! I just want to make sure that nobody else has to deal with themThey need to go out of business!!!!!!

September 5, 2017Dear Lynn, In response to customer concern ID#*** by: *** ***At Couch’s Fence Cowe make every effort to ensure customer satisfactionTo facilitate the customers’ needs this jobs material was delivered on a SundayAt which time we were notified that our
standard delivery set up of placing material on site as it is to be installed would not be acceptable, therefore we chose a location to unload to, which also was not satisfactorySo; we moved the material per the clients requestAt this time the client was offered the option to withdraw from our contract, she chose to continueWhen the installation was near completion the customer insisted the fence liner (installed inside on her property side- standard installation policy) was incorrected and requested it be taken down and reinstalled on the side facing out on her property, to which we did per her request. Though we regret to see an unsatisfactory review on our company with the Revdex.com, we feel that our efforts on this job to satisfy our customer were not noted properlyThe mesh liner spoke of was installed originally on the inside of fence and the final action to resolve this issue was when it was disassembled and reinstalled on the outside of the fence by her request.Sincerely,Terry Couch-ownerCouch’s Fence Co
