Review: Picked up at 8:30 AM at [redacted] on 10/**/2013 to provide transport to JFK airport at an agreed price of $55. Service was arranged by desk personnel at [redacted] and I was given a written slip with the price information on it.
After loading my self and one other passenger, plus luggage, and then being several blocks from the hotel, I was told that the price was $73 which included fees and tolls. This is a bait and switch victimization. They owe me a refund of $73 less $55. I paid the the $73. in U.S. currency.Desired Settlement: Refund to me $18 which was an overcharge that I was forced on me during transit.

We have no record of this call in our system and we do not make any prearrangement's with hotels,the only way we make reservations is if the costumer calls us direct. I called the complainant's number to get more details on who had picked him up and there was no answer or return call.
