Big State Roofing started the work at the end of June Several storms kept us from finishing work on several attempts However Big State Roofing crew went to finish the job on 8-19-We have receipts to prove this There are some small things that needs to be touched up, but all major repairs were fixed on 8-19- Ken spoke with customer and she stated that she made the complaint prior to 8-19-which is the date we addressed all major problemsKen has scheduled with customer to return and fix any remaining problems on 9-15-at 9am We have not submitted a request for the balance due as we want to address all problems and have 100% customer satisfactionThank you, Keri [redacted] 346-831-[redacted]
