Extremely poor service. Manager refused to accept responsibility for damage to white shorts. He became arrogant, rude and disrespectful in a public setting with others around when questioned about the damage.
I do not recommend this cleaners and rate them a minus zero (-0) for quality of work and a minus zero (-0) for customer relations. Very unprofessional.

Continental Cleaners ruined an expensive dress sent in to be dry cleaned. A black and white Hayley P dress had been washed and it appeared the white portion of the dress had black stains. They showed me the damage to the black and white dress and owner explained that he could fix but had to treat the white portion of the dress with special treatment and to give him 4 days to complete. Returned to Continental Cleaners several times to pick up dress, was told each time to give him a couple more days. It has now been 2 months and still no dress. The last trip to the store I refused to accept another answer to come back in 2 more days and demanded my money back for the service I paid and for the lost of my dress. I was refused any refunds and was told to leave the store by the owner. I understand things happen but I certainly expect better customer service from an owner of an establishment.

Business owner is absolutely rude with his customers and does not own up to the mistakes of his establishment. Continental Cleaners has 2 locations in the Central Florida area and the negative reviews for both locations are the same. The owner has no customer service skills at all and does not deserve to be awarded and cleaning contracts in the local area. If you currently have a contract with Continental Cleaners please review the google review complaints and the owners response to legitimate complaints.
