Review: Continental reported me to the credit reporting agencies after I had informed them that the original provider, Beverly Radiological, had refused to correct its billing errors to my medical insurance company. My medical insurance provider had even contacted Beverly Radiological about its errors and provided instructions for correct billing. But since November 2013, the corrections have not been processed.Desired Settlement: Remove the item from my credit reports and ask Beverly Radiological to process its billing of my medical insurance company correctly.

Review: This letter is a formal complaint that Continental Credit Control has filed to comply with the precedents set by the case of Chase v. Nelson Mahattan and in turn are in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that a data furnisher report only 100% accurate account information. Nelson v. Chase Mahattan requires a data furnisher to update all credit bureaus with the same information. I have been in the process of disputing this account with the credit bureaus. This account was delete from one of the credit bureaus, but this data furnisher continues to report this account inaccurately with the other credit bureaus. This account was delete from one of the credit bureaus, but this data furnisher continues to report this account inaccurately with the other credit bureaus. This data furnisher has failed to comply with Nelson v. Chase Manhattan and the FCRA regulations by refusing to delete the disputed account with the remaining credit bureaus. I have included copies of all the communication I have mailed this data furnisher, as well as all responses they have provided me. Please take the time to review my requests. You will see that all of my requests have been made pursuant to the FCRA and I have provided more than the legally required to time to complete. I need your company to enforce the regulations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and require this company to delete this account with all credit bureaus. Enforce these regulations and show their offices that the FCRA does mean something and that they cannot continue to operate only in the interest of money and without penalty. Credit reports and those credit scores derived from these reports are paramount to life as an American citizen. Anything and everything that we do is related around my credit report and credit score. This is a serious request to investigate this company and the policies and procedures they use to report accounts on a consumers credit report as there is obviously suspect practices in place. The credit bureaus must be held liable for their willful violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. They cannot be continued to operate with such illegal and unethical practices. Your offices must step in and uphold the laws of the FCRA and demand the immediate removal of this account from all credit repositories. Continental Credit Control [redacted]0433718 What good do the rules, regulations and punishments of the Fair Credit Reporting Act do if they are not enforced? I have exhausted my patient and now need your assistance, as I have no other options.Desired Settlement: To act legally and remove this account from all my credit reports

Review: Continental credit control has contacted me again by mail. After remaining them their bill back and writing that I did not owe the amount stated because it was not my bill. Furthermore continental has not inform me of the original creditor of such said because if it was services that I received at Saint Alexis hospital. They release my whole bill in full of which I have. Letter stating that affect. I would like for continental to remove any negative reports from any credit bureaus they have reported to and also stop any further contact with about a bill that clearly does not belong to me or has been paid for. I had told them already that it did not belong to me and they have refused to listen. According to the frcpa. They must provide original documentation of such said debt and also the debtor. Please have them refrain from putting debt on my credit file. Sincerely,Laura WilsonDesired Settlement: Continental credit control has contacted me again by mail. Review: I requested Continental Credit Control to verify the debt and I requested that they send a copy of the signed contract that validates the claim. I requested a copy of any judgments awarded to back up this claim. I requested that hey prove that the statute of limitations for the debt is not expired in accordance with the state law. I also requested proof of their license that is valid in California. I required the license number on each document as proof. I also did not authorize anyone access to any of my medical information or records. Continental Credit Control did none of the above.Continental Credit Control did not met the burden of proof that this is my debt and I am requesting that they take my name off this debt, as they have no judgment nor have they nor can they prove this is my debt. I am also requesting that they remove this debt from all my credit reports.Desired Settlement: Continental Credit Control did not met the burden of proof that this is my debt and I am requesting that they take my name off this debt, as they have no judgment nor have they nor can they prove this is my debt. Response:

Please understand [redacted] and I had a few emails earlier this year on this issue of "required direct consumer consent". In essence for a debt collector or any first party creditor, in California, to share documents or make any disclosure of the consumers account(s) with the Revdex.com or any third party non-governmental entity, the consumer must first give direct written consent to the collector/creditor.

Review: Continental Credit Control is reporting a collection account to Experian, Equifax and Transunion that does not belong to me. The account amount is listed on my credit report as $51. Reporting this account as belonging to me when it does not in fact belong to me hurts my credit score, harms my financial opportunities and represents fraud.Desired Settlement: Continental Credit Control should cease and desist reporting the account to Experian, Equifax and Transunion. Continental Credit Control should also cease verifying the account when I dispute it with Experian, Equifax and Transunion.

Review: My credit report, as of 12/17/2014, includes an invalid closed account from Continental Credit Control (Account No. [redacted]00050595), which is negatively affecting my credit score and inhibiting my ability to obtain a mortgage loan. I have no knowledge or recollection of ever opening this account. Shortly after I noticed the invalid account, I called Continental Credit Control and spoke to a representative named [redacted] (phone number:###-###-####). [redacted] informed me that the account was opened around 2008 in relation to a MRI I received that year. I can't confirm the exact date I received the MRI, but I know when I was playing football for the University of California Berkeley from 2006-2009 I received a MRI for a football related injury. However, this MRI would not have required me to open a health savings account because the Cal football's team insurance plan covered any football related injuries. This account was opened by mistake. When I asked [redacted] if she would be able to delete the account, she responded by saying that she didn't have the authority to delete the account and that I needed to make a formal complaint with the Revdex.com. [redacted] refused to provide any further assistance other than to send a letter confirming the account was closed.Desired Settlement: Please ask Continental Credit Control to delete account no. [redacted]00050595 from its records. This account should have never been created and now its affecting my ability to purchase a home for my family. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
