This was a new customer this spring. We made an application a few weeks ago which included fertilizer, pre-emergent for crabgrass and broadleaf weed control. The customer called yesterday afternoon 5-18-17 complaining about broadleaf weeds. We dispatched a technician this morning to...

go take care of the issue. When he arrived, he noticed that the weeds were dying, but the plant material was still there as it takes a while for the weed to completely disappear, especially in shade areas which is the case here. When my technician suggested nothing needed to be done, as we don't want to spray chemicals needlessly, the customer became extremely irate. My technician decided to leave as it was a very uncomfortable situation. We fully refunded this customers money at 9:01 am this morning, including the application that was made. I feel that we have satisfied her complaint fully (full refund) and she was apologized to as well. Please feel free to contact me if you need any further information.Sincerely;Tom [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:i feel as though I was polite in the matter. He asked to see the affected area. I showed this to him, at which point he said, we don't do weeds, you have to pay extra. I explained that I was told when we paid for service it included weeds, as that was the reason we needed the service. At this point I was told by the employee to "go [redacted] myself" and to "[redacted] off and get a new company". I apologize if at this point I became "irate" but this is unacceptable behavior. I tried to get the man to stay while I contacted the company to see why he was stating they would not spray the weeds. At this point he stated to me "find a new company, this [redacted] lawn is garbage anyway" I apologize for using such vulgar language in this complaint,  it these are the exact words that were used with me. i accept the resultion of the refund, but do not wish to be made to be the wrong doing in this situation. I would hope that could be understood.
