Let me first apologize for you frustration and inconvenienceI have spoken with [redacted] and looked into your service records as well as spoke with the technician who looked at your vehicleThe technician did diagnose the vehicle and determined that the sunroof was off track and not working properly and the sway bar in links were making the noise and believes it was all caused from the accident you were involved inAlso the hood switch and stopper was not working properly from the hood replacement the body shop had completed prior to the vehicle coming to usI do understand that the follow up on our part was broken in this situation and I have addressed that with my staffThe parts have arrived and due to the work load, we have scheduled a repair date for the 14thPlease understand, this (sunroof) is an extensive repair and will take several days to complete

THis customers father refused to sign paperwork after he had agreed to the terms based on him living out of state and after several call to him to requested documents to be returned he refused to sign based on the interest rate, His daughter had been in the car for days and accrued a large amount of miles, so he agreed for us to refund her $ due to the mileage

I Have called the customer and left a message for a return phone callOur records at this location do not show this vehicle has been back here since April 28, when we did some repairs on this vehicle, so I am not sure what location the vehicle was taken toI would like to help in resolving
this issue

I do apologize you feel this way and the last thing I want is to get into an argument over who did whatYour dad called on your behalf and after discussion we both agreed due to the car being out as long as it was and miles later that we would refund you $

I have reviewed this complaint and the payoff has been sent to the lien holderI have also left the customer a voice message and would like to speak with themOnce title is received from the Lien holder a check for the difference will be sent to the customer

I am rejecting this response because:My dad didn't call on my behalf. He called to let you know that he would not sign the papers because the rate was to high.Again, it was my deposit, not my Dads. My money, not his.Unfortunately you made a deal with the wrong person.

I spoke with the service manager yesterday and paid the bill of $ 380.00. This complaint should be closed. I have paid the repairs, and have never been able to reach the customer. [redacted]

Yes I have a receipt. You can also call and speak with [redacted] at [redacted], she is our contact at the autonation that has our car. She is aware of our situation and has been our "go to." My husband has talked directly to [redacted], general manager of the autonation hyundai where we purchased the car (and he is responsible for approving the repairs) but to no avail. Nothing has been resolved. And yes he has spoken with him since (and) because of the filing of this complaint. Please let me know of a better place to send a copy of my receipt, I tried sending it with this email before, but it wouldn't work. I do have it saved to my computer though. Thank you for your time,[redacted] [redacted]
