I have been dealing with gold crown for some years now I have two properties in the community of summer wood. The property management is very poor, and unprofessional. I had a insurance claim filed through them which I have no idea why I have to go through them in the first place. not only has it taking months to payout (claim was filed in July still no payment in October) but the person handling the ordeal was very unprofessional, slow in making responses and lacked any level of care that I have a property with no flooring in it for the last few months. I have concerns because there are two little kids living there (2 and 4). The turn around time to get a response is absolutely ridiculous in most cases. I have been calling them nearly every day sense this ordeal, it takes days sometimes longer to get responses. I was told this was there first time filling an claim so she was lost on how to handle it (which I find hard to believe considering how many properties are in my neighborhood). I am currently working with two other HOA companies and I can by far say this is the worst. I would never recommend anyone to live in a property they are associated with, specifically Kim Wagner of Summerwood Townhomes. Their should never be an excuse for someone to have to live in the conditions of my property for this long of a period. on a side note the way they keep track of the dues is asinine. I never know what my balance is our whats due.
