Review: I am property manager at an elderly/disabled apartment complex in PA. Coinmach is the company that provides laundry equipment and services the machines for our laundry facility. We did not select them as our equipment and service provider, our previous company was apparently sold to Coinmach and our contract was automatically given to them. We have four washing machines and 4 dryers for approx. 125 elderly/disabled tenants. Coinmach has not provided service on our machines after repeated and multiple requests from both myself, our management, and the tenants of this complex. I have made numerous phone calls which have not been returned. I have sent emails that have not been acknowledged. I have been attempting to resolve the service issues for these machines for at least 6 weeks and it is to the point of being criminal that they have not resolved the service issues with the machines. One of the service men that came about 3 weeks ago told me that the problem with the machines was that they were full of coins and had not been collected by the company for over 2 months. When I called service about 10 days ago, I requested that the coins in the machines be collected so they could be functional again. Since then, no one has come to collect the coins. Why would a company not come to collect their coins from the machines???? IT HAS BEEN APPROX. 6 WEEKS THAT THE LAUNDRY MACHINES AT OUR ELDERLY/DISABLED COMPLEX HAVE NOT BEEN WORKING. The tenants have even made complaints to our state representatives office. No one at Coinmach seems to care. It is unbelievable that this company can remain in business. I have made arrangements to have their equipment removed from our complex. I have called Attorney Generals office and submitted complaint to Revdex.com. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are absolutely terrible. Worst customer service and repair service I have ever dealt with.Desired Settlement: I want Coinmach to collect the coins in our machines so our tenants can use them. This is affecting the health and safety of elderly citizens.I want Coinmach to remove their equipment from our complex.
