Review: A leak in my roof caused by several back to back snow storms. The insurance company refuse to repair it, stating that it wasn't caused by hail or heavy wind.Desired Settlement: For the insurance company to repair my roof.

Review: My house at [redacted] was broken into on December 20, 2013, this happen right before I moved before I moved to [redacted]. I moved from a bad block in [redacted]. I went to the police station Monday for file a report. I had to want on my landlord to come fix the door because the door was really messed up and it couldn't closed and I was scared to leave. They took my engagement ring, my son's X-box, dvd player, cd's, and dvds. I get a respond from the company they said that it was No force entry.. I talked to the chief and he said that he did not say that and it does not say on the police report about no force entry.I called [redacted] he was nice and he called the police again and I do not know what they said because he did not call me back. I called yesterday and the lady took over and she was very mean and rude to me. I wanted to know how did they come up with that conclusion. I really cared about was my engagement ring because I am getting married next year June 20,2015. I do not have that kind of money. The dvds, xbox and other stuff my son was getting new stuff anyway..Desired Settlement: I would like for my renters insurance to replace my engagement ring. That is all that I want because we are getting married next year June 20,2013
