Good Morning ,   OK after reading  the complaint . I made it clear this was  a special we had going at  that time. I also explained that our policy is  if for any reason you have changed your mind , we will refund up to 30 days prior to your event. We do not take a 38.00 deposit on a vehicle. So with that being said , we received the 38.00 thru [redacted] and refunded it under 24 hours. In this  business  , if  you do not feel as though we are a good fit . we make the decision to cancel. Please note as they have directed their case to [redacted]  . very quickly , one complaint there was a mistake  and we provided a lime at no charge to the airport for their honeymoon . also I called and said sorry about the mistake .another complaint  i had asked the people for a cc to be put on file for over a period of 37 days . If they can't put a cc on file  , I cant send a limo. here is the best one , good idea they sent you to [redacted]. seems as though by the pictures of these people complaining , they are looking for alcohol not planning their wedding . thanks  and have a great day .

INCEDIBLY INEPT, unprofessional, and scammers. I bought a [redacted] for this service. I called 4 months in advance to make a reservation. They were "busy" so said they would call back which they never did. I called again and reserved. No email confirmation so I called again for it. Received a confirmation. Last month I received an email cancellation. Called and said it was their mistake. Sent another confirmation. 12 hrs before my flight I get an email saying it was a reminder and they will pick me up. I get up at 4am for my 5 am pick up and find a message that my ride is cancelled. Several calls marked urgent in their voicemail menu get no response.[redacted] should be held accountable for sponsoring this mess of a business.

Review: After playing phone tag and email tag for vehicles for our wedding this July, we agreed to give a deposit, come up from DC to view the vehicles, and then sign the contract (of which we had to ask to see for a week and a half before getting it). We sent a deposit for $38 (that was first listed when we inquired for their services) through [redacted] and never heard anything back for a week.Today we get these series of emails: "Great news , after looking thru the emails and all the phone calls . we can not provide transportation on the date you requested . My staff and I have given you a really good rate. we also had vouchers that we said we would honor . all we asked for was payment , that is 100% refundable . so with that being said , you don't trust us we don't trust you . also we will not be a good fit for your event. thanks for contacting us , but we are not available on your date . thanks"After responding back that we sent the payment, he replied: That payment was refunded the same day. Jayson (my fiance) also spoke to our office and the voucher was explained. please we don't have time for this . we have a big event this weekend . please understand we are now booked on your date . please look back at your emails . also he knows this price was given with a understanding it had to be paid with 100% option to refund. thanks"We filed a compliant with [redacted]. I looked at [redacted] and also see they have some other issues as well: [redacted].Thank youDesired Settlement: Money returned in full. Company is responsible for finding us the same vehicles provided by another vender that they set up at the same price.

Review: [redacted] at [redacted] entered into an agreement to provide a 40+ person party bus for my daughter's prom. This agreement was made in March 2015. A deposit of $1480 was mailed (after two failed attempts at electronically sending the deposit because of problems on the company's end). He reassured my daughter not to worry, that she would have a bus for her prom. There were several emails back and forth regarding where the bus was located because [redacted] was contracting out the service and we wanted to see it. When a location was finally provided to us and we went to see the bus, the company who owned it said they were not the ones providing the vehicle for our event. Several phone calls went unanswered after this. We needed to know how to send the balance due, as well as confirm the bus. One week before the event [redacted] returned one of my emails stating he was going to look into a question I raised with him. I did not hear back from anyone until five days later, three days before the prom, when my daughter received an email stating they would not provide the bus for the event due to non-payment for services. They stated they sent a refund check by certified mail of the deposit money. No one answered any phone calls to explain what happened. The refund check was received almost a full week after that cancellation of service. On the back of the check the company endorsed it "FOR DEPOSIT ONLY". When I went to deposit the check, there was insufficient funds in the company account. My bank has this account flagged as a high risk account. I immediately phoned and emailed [redacted] - no one answered the phone, but they responded to my email in which I requested a certified or bank check to replace the bad check they sent. I was told [redacted] would be made aware of my request. This last contact was on May [redacted]. It is now June [redacted] and I have not received any refund of the deposit we made back in March/April.

Due to the late nature of the cancellation of services, we had to find another limousine company to provide us with vehicles, costing us approximately $600 more than the quoted price of [redacted] at [redacted].Desired Settlement: Immediate refund of the deposit paid $1,480, plus the $600 additional it cost to replace the services they did not provide paid in certified funds.

Review: In March of 2015 I contracted with [redacted] the [redacted] of RJH Limo to provide a 35 Passenger Limobus to transport 30 High School Students from Port Jervis, NY to Middletown, NY for their Senior Prom on Friday, June [redacted] 2015. The students were then going to be transported back to [redacted] and to [redacted], NJ for a stay of two days and then picked up via a 32 Passenger Mini Shuttle Bus from [redacted] on Sunday, June [redacted] 2015 and returned to Port Jervis, NY. I was quoted $3,600.00 total for these services and provided RJH Limo with payment. Over the past three weeks, I attempted to finalize the times and pickup address for these students to no avail. Finally earlier this week after several emails and phone calls, I received a message stating that the [redacted] has medical issues and that no one was sure if transportation was secured. I was then asked for my payment receipts via email and never received a return call, however, I was sent an email from a man named [redacted] who told me that he would look into the matter. Needless to say, I believe this business is no longer in operation and accepted my money and provided no service whatsoever.Desired Settlement: Full refund plus additional fees that I had to pay to another company for a last minute booking in the amount of $1,400.

Review: To Whom It May Concern:

I recently scheduled a round trip service from my home to JFK with Continental Limo, and paid $80.11 for the December ** pick up to the airport and $79.46 for the January ** pick up from JFK to my home.

I received two confirmation numbers - [redacted] and [redacted] for both legs of the trip, which shows that I prepaid for the service.

On December **, the driver from Continental Limo was to pick my wife and I up at 6:30pm so we could make our 10:00 pm international flight to Brazil. The driver failed to show up. I called the company - [redacted] three separate times from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm and left messages with the service, inquiring about our car. The company did not call me back, and the driver never showed up. While the confirmation had my cell phone number on the document, which means both the driver and the company have my number, no one bothered to call me - and the company did not provide me a name and phone number of the driver, so I could not contact them directly.

My wife and I waited until the last possible moment - 8:00 pm, and then when we could not find another service to take us to JFK at the past moment, we were forced to drive ourselves to the airport. Luckily we made it in time to catch our international flight. However, since I had to drive to JFK, we had to park our car in long term parking at $18 a day for 30 day - an unexpected cost of almost $600 that would not have happened had the company honored its confirmation and sent a driver to pick us up.

In addition to calling the company three times on December **, my daughter and I called the company twice from Brazil, leaving them several messages with a U.S.-based telephone number so they could call us back. It is now December **, and we have not heard from the company. I sent them an email, explaining the problem and listing my desired outcomes; I have not heard from them at all.

I find this highly unacceptable, as we pre-paid for the service and expected this company to fulfill its end of the deal. Its failure to provide service has cost me a significant amount of money, which I don't have - or we would have missed our flight to visit our new granddaughter in Brazil, which my daughter purchased for us as our Christmas gift. Neither option was unacceptable to us.

I have a copy of the email I sent to the company, which I am happy to provide. I submitted it in the "Contact Us" portion of the company's website, since no one has answered or returned any of our calls.Desired Settlement: I have three desired outcomes:

1) Cancellation of the January ** service, as I no longer need a car to pick us up at the airport since my car is parked at JFK.

2) Repayment in full of $80.11 for the December ** no show and $79.46 for the January ** service that I requested the company cancel.

3) Payment of my long term parking for December **-January ** - a cost that I now have to bear that should have never happened had the car service actually fulfilled its contract. The cost of this is approximately $600. I am happy to provide the company receipts.

Review: This company canceled my car service reservation while I was in flight. When I landed I received the email informing me of the cancellation, and that they would reimburse my cost for getting home that night. It took 2 hours to figure out how to get home that night and it cost me $150. I communicated this to [redacted] (supposedly the [redacted]) and he promised, in writing, to reimburse me. I followed up with him every couple days via email to check on the status of my reimbursement, with no response. They also stopped picking up the phones. Finally I promised to leave a formal complaint on their company if he did not follow through on his promise. Only then did he respond, telling me he was working on it. Another week passed and still no reimbursement. I called and complained to [redacted], which is the website I purchased this service through. They told me they were receiving multiple calls regarding negative feedback on this company.Desired Settlement: I want this company to follow through on their promise to reimburse me for the $150 it cost for me to get home that night.
