Review: I was recruited by [redacted] whose buiseness name was [redacted] on Zip Recruiter to offer credit card processing and he promised all of these faucets that he was offering. I never received these things such as Pre-set Appointmens, CRM, 10.1 inch. Tablet, supposedly with First Data. After me setting appointments with my own customers and [redacted] emailing me comparisons which he later switched the costs of the lease for terminals on these contracts. When the 3 of terminals were mailed to my house I felt uneasy. I then noticed on the terminals were Continental Merchants name and phone number. I then contacted [redacted] because he hadn't paid me $830 which he owed me. He lied to me over and again. He then told me not to contact him no more. I then called First Data Global and they found the merchants and told me that Continental Merchants was the one to call. I did and they gave me the run around.Desired Settlement: I want the $830 paid to me and/or the contracts cancelled and copies sent to me and the clients.

Review: I had a representative named Edward H[redacted] who was working for MPSV under the authority of Arthur W[redacted] whom he had the speaker phone on while at my Auto shop. Arty lied about the rates, changed the agreed upon rates, changed the agreed amount for the lease at that time. I now am getting bills from First Data saying I owe them $356.92. I never accepted the Terminal they sent me. I sent it back to them. I now find that Arthur W[redacted] submitted my merchant services under this Merchant Service company: Continenal Merchant Services. I don't know anyone, never met anyone, and surely had never agreed to signing a contract with them.Desired Settlement: I want this contract terminated immediately and this fee of $356.92 and any and all other charges rescinded immediately.

This merchant initialed and signed a merchant processing and lease agreement (attached) on 2/**/15. The merchant, [redacted] was fully aware of this agreement. Attached is the contract that he signed as well as the driver's license and company check to prove that this merchant is simply not telling the truth. On 7/**/15 , [redacted] had called us to request a copy of the agreement which was emailed and faxed upon request. The signature on his drivers license matches our agreement.
