Only interested in getting your name on a contract, and until that happens they are as nice and accommodating as they can beOnce it's signed, you don't exist and they could care less about any customer, much less any satisfactionThey have no warehouse, all they do is HOPE the manufacturer of the product they sold delivers it in about six monthsThe staff changes quicker than a fast food business, and that should be a warningIf they took care of the customer with the same attitude they do when they're trying to get you to buy, it might be a "Better Business", but they are a very untrustworthy organization with an owner who does nothing but play golf and could care less about whether you get any satisfaction

AVOID ASHLEY HOMESTORE in Wichita Falls at all costs!!! We waited for an entire month for a bed for my son (after they said it would be quickly available for delivery) and they delivered the wrong bed AND delivered additional pieces that were DAMAGED! This new bed was supposed to be a Christmas present for my sonI was told these items were "open box" and a previous customer had already refused themThis makes me furious! I refused the items and had them sent backI contacted corporate offices in Lubbock and was told my only options were to have the furniture delivered again (hopefully the correct pieces and no damage) OR I could pay the 25% restocking fee and get the remainder of my purchase as in-store creditSince my husband and I both have had issues with this Ashley location in the past, we were very hesitant to purchase againWe wish we wouldn't have! I told the corporate office they could keep their 25% (which was $200) and refund the remainder of my purchase ($600)We were that desperate to be DONE with Ashley'sHowever, they refuse to refund any money in any circumstanceThey did issue me a $gift card to use in store, but it will not be used because I will never step foot in this store againI urge you, I beg you, DO NOT DO BUSINESS at this store!! I should have known betterNow my son has been sleeping on a mattress on the floor instead of getting his new bed for Christmas UPDATE: After waiting for a month to receive my order, they delivered the wrong bed and damaged piecesWe set up delivery (second chance) for the correct order to be delivered, undamaged, and in-boxI was assured by Ashley's the delivery would be correctTHEY ONLY DELIVERED 1/OF THE ORDER!!! Still, my son is unable to sleep on a bed- the bed that was supposed to be his Christmas present!! So we set up a third delivery- THREE CHANCES to get this correctAnd they screwed it up AGAIN!! This time, they claim our delivery for January 3rd did not upload to their systemTHIS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLEThe corporate office in Lubbock had the nerve to offer me my delivery fee back (a measly $50) as compensation for this inconvenienceThis was not a one time occurrence- they have screwed up three different times nowI am well aware there is a large markup on furniture, typically XX-XXX%Offering me a 5% discount is a COMPLETE INSULT!!! Again, I urge you to STAY AWAY from Ashley Home Store

I wish I could give this location no starsThey do not communicate with in the store over issues that should be relatively simple to handleI have spent countless hours on hold trying to get simple service and repair questions answered only to have them take my name and number down to call me back and I never hear from themThe overall quality with the sofa and love seat I bought was poor and had to be repaired within a month of having the piecesThat process is still on going and it started in May! To say that they are unorganized and slow when dealing with these issues is an understatementBefore all I had heard were great things about Ashley furniture but this location is awful! I would strongly recommend that if you are going to pay that amount of money for furniture that you spend it where your experience as a customer will not be ruined immediately after the saleI have never experienced such poor service and have nothing done to make it right!

I am so pleased with every step we took with Ashley Furniture. We went in not looking for anything in particular just wasting time. We did need new furniture But just wanted to browse, however a very helpful gentleman came up to a set we loved and was so informative about every piece we looked at and all questions we had. We ended up picking the furniture I absolutely fell in love with and made a purchase that day. when we left we knew it would take a few weeks to get in and a week later got the call it had arrived. They scheduled delivery right away and we got our new furniture, we were thrilled. The delivery workers were so nice and made sure to clean their feet before entering our house, I became picky and they worked with me on moving it about my living room a few times and were polite the entire time doing it. Our overall experience was amazing and I will be back soon to purchase additional pieces.
