Hi [redacted] I hope you are well Without getting into details, and I will provide them if you like with regards to Mr [redacted] , we are working with the HOA and the HOA landscape company Northwest Landscape to resolve this issue and it will be resolved We have also resoved all of Mr [redacted] prior warranty issues even after the one year warranty period expired With that said, due to Mr [redacted] 's prior history of inappropriate behavior, our company will not deal with Mr [redacted] any longer His emails have been blocked by our company, and as he points out in his email, the property management company Surhco rarely responds to him So, as I mentioned above, we are working to resolve this issue with the HOA and the HOA president without Mr [redacted] involved This is the only response you will receive from me regarding Mr [redacted] !

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Continental has not responded to my verbally, email, or phone call requests for assistance so how would I inform them of my issue? [redacted] even indicated that Continental has blocked my email requests (Continental asked me to make email requests vs calling) so how would they know I've asked for assistance from June 2016 through September 19th 2016?
At this point we are three years into a water leak issue so how can they say they have reviewed and addressed all my warranty issues? Every issue they have "fixed" with the exception of my leaking roof (replaced bathroom ceiling) and my leaking sink (replaced cabinet shelves) was not permanently fixed. I.E. cracked tile in entryway fixed 2Xs is still cracked, cracks in my counter backboard fixed 2Xs is still cracked, cracks in my shower stall tile fixed 2Xs is still cracked, leaking slider door never fixed still leaks, fire door to my garage not latching (safety code) never fixed still opens on its own when the wind blows outside, and of course the water leak for the last three years never fixed still leaks when the sprinklers come on.
I'll continue to file complains through your organization so future customers can see their fact less responses to my requests for assistance.  Sincerely,[redacted]
