They started this job 1st week of April and it's still not finished we had a new roof installed the first week of AprilWe also contracted them to install columns, railing and repair ceiling on our front porchSales rep [redacted] stated he would do both jobs all at onceAfter many unanswered emails and phone calls About weeks after the roof was installed they started the front porch On 5/we were told they were coming the next day to complete the railing and the ceiling The next days we came home to some of the railing being done and then it as was done wrong and they had to remove what they installed the first day and reinstallThis made unnecessary holes in our front porch for the person installing the railing didn't know what they were doing After several weeks of no response [redacted] finally told us they cut the rail post too short and they had to reorder the post this was on 5/We were told on June that they would have the post at the end of that weekOn June

Continental Roofing replaced my roof a few years agoThe original roof had been there for years without issue until it was damaged by hailI noticed afterward that none of the plastic seals were removed from the shingles, but after a few years the shingles did seal anywayHowever they did not properly seal around edges where the roof line met outside wall structureAfter a few years I began to notice damage on a few places on my evesI repaired them but then recently I found several more corners where the eves have completely rotted from the insideThen last Nov, my porch started leaking right in the middle It took me two months of persistent calls to finally get one that leak on my front porch fixed.The company's customer service has been slow and unresponsiveIt has now been another two months and I can't even get them to give me an estimate so I can pay them to fix their mess on the eves

On June XX XXXX, I contracted Continental Roofing to replace fascia boards and do gutter replacement on my homeAt that time I was under the impression that the job was completedIn April of 2016, while cleaning off tree limbs from my roof, I noticed that gutter guards were not installed on the front of the homeOn April XX XXXX, I contacted Continental Roofing to advise them of this problemThey informed me they would look into the problemIn June of 2016, I was informed that they were responsible for the gutter guards being installed and had contacted their gutter guard sub-contractor and I was informed they would be installed by the later part of June At the time of this writing, August 24, 2016, the gutter guards have not been installedI have tried to contact the project manager, *** *** numerous times and he hasn't returned any of my callsI would just like this resolved, pleaseThanks

Leak in roof
In this company installed a new roof and extended the carport of my house
In Feb I discovered a leak and some rotten boards on my roof
On Feb I called the company and was told someone would be in touch with me
No response by Feb so I called again and was told they very busy and they get to me as soon as they could
No response by MarI called again and was told the same thing
At this point I figured I was being stonewalled so I contacted another roofer to fix my problem
I figured the least the company could do was extend me the courtesy of a phone call instead of ignoring meI would think they would like to know if the quality of their work was being questioned
Maybe I just have old fashioned standards
It is going to cost me a great deal of money to get my roof repairedThanks, Continental

My roof suffered some hail damage over the past few years, and a small leak finally motivated me to start the process of getting it replacedI did my homeworkI got three estimates from reputable roofing companiesAll the estimates were fairly close in priceThe one thing that stood out with Continental Roofing over the other two was the sales representative, Keith LewisKeith's knowledge and professionalism was impressiveHe explained everything in great detail - the damage to my roof, the types of roofing material, warranties, cost, etcHe also took the time to meet my insurance adjuster at my home to assist him with his inspection
The crew that came out to do the repair was just as impressiveThey were very efficient and good at their jobI needed some custom work on my sun-room skylight and they were able to easily handle that while the bulk of the team was working on the main roofThe new roof turned out awesome! I am very happy! I'll also add that the team done a very good job cleaning up
I highly recommend this companyAt least ask them for an estimate if you're considering a new roof and go with your gut feelingMy gut feeling proved to be correct

In May 2017, I requested an estimate from Continental Roofing for shingles that were not laying down properly on back of the roofOn a windy day, these shingles are seen from the front of my house since they are not nailed down properlyI wanted to have the roof fixed to avoid possible issues in the future (i.eleaks, etc.)I received the estimate/agreement on May 26, (Job #: CXX-XXXX)After receiving the estimate, my husband tried contacting Continental Roofing a few times to ask a few questions about the work that would be doneHe was unsuccessful and, to the best of our knowledge, was never contacted backOn June 7, 2017, we decided to go ahead and accept the agreementBetween the date of acceptance and July, I never heard back from Continental RoofingI called the office a few times to check on the status of my agreement
