Mr [redacted] came in around the middle of March looking at many of our vehiclesHe picked out a Ford Freestar and the purchase price was $I told him at that time that this vehicle, as well as all the vehicles we sell, is sold AS IS with no warrantyHe signed three documents stating he agreed to this as well as a junk salvage affidavitThree months later, he contacts our company saying there are issues with the van and would like some helpUnfortunately selling a vehicle for $1700, we have no money wrapped in there to help with that vehicleHe agreed to the AS IS state of the vehicle

When the young lady came in, she purchased a vehicleEveryone is told that the car they buy is sold as is no warrantyShe was informed that is was sold under junk salvage and signed the affidavit on June So we have done nothing wrong and are not able to give her the money back*** ***

The customer came in and purchased the car and went on a test driveAny car that is sold without a state inspection it must have a junk affidavit and it must be towed to an inspection place or his residenceNo lights were on it when it was hereI spoke to the young man and he threatened me to

this as well as a junk salvage affidavit. Three months later, he contacts our company saying there are issues with the van and would like some help. Unfortunately selling a vehicle for $1700, we have no money wrapped in there to help with that vehicle. He agreed to the AS IS state of the vehicle.
