Review: In November, I went to get my newly purchased tuxedo jacket altered. After I picked it up, I noticed that it had not been adequately tailored so I took it back. I went a week later to pick it up to find that the work had not been done. The tailor told me that there were multiple holes in the jacket and wanted to know what to do with them. I told him there were no holes when I bought them and that he needed to repair them. After denying he caused them, he agreed to fix them. I went back two weeks later to pick it up and he first told me it couldn't be fixed, but then said he would honor his word and fix them. A few weeks after that I stopped by again and learned that he still hadn't fixed it. I asked for my money back, which he gave. He then requested one final chance to take the garment into the city where a specialist could work on the jacket. He said it was a matter of honor for him and he would have it fixed in two weeks. I agreed. Given his past history, I waited four weeks total before coming back. Of course, he told me it wasn't read. I informed him that I would be moving out of [redacted] to get married by the end of the month and needed it ASAP. He agreed to provide it within a week. On the day we agreed to pick it up, I called and learned that he did not do the work. He also refused to give me an estimate on when it would be finished and said he had a lot of work to do.Desired Settlement: I want my tuxedo jacket back. I've wanted it back since November. That is all I want.
