Revdex.com:
First of all, I would like to thank the Revdex.com for resolving my issue quickly and efficiently. Without your assistance I do not think my issue would have been resolved. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. My issue with Bell Partners & Green Tree Place Apartments has been resolved, however, I believe that the issue which I experienced should remain on file because there is a serious pest control issue at this property. I spoke with several other tenants. So, I know that it was not just unit 2616. Although I was able to terminate my lease without fees or penalties and my financial institution issued my refund, I have to consider the other people that currently live there and those that will eventually move there. Thankfully, things have worked out to my benefit and I was able to afford the expenses that I incurred, but what about the others that continue to endure this issue and will not be as fortunate. Please take this into consideration and record this issue on file.
Regards,
[redacted]

On Friday July 17th, 2015 [redacted] came to the office at Green Tree Place to sign her lease. Prior to signing the documents she requested to walk the apartment to ensure it was ready. After walking unit 2616 she signed the lease that was effective 7/17/15, took the keys and left the...

office. On Sunday July 19th she notified the office that there was a pest control issue in her unit. The Leasing Consultant working that day contacted the Manager, [redacted], who spoke to Ms. [redacted]. She let her know that her apartment was treated for pest control on Wednesday July 15th which could be why she saw some activity but that we would have A Greener Image back out on Monday July 20th to treat her apartment again. She informed the manager that she wanted to break her lease with no penalties, however the Manager explained to her that she signed a legal contract and that she could not break her lease with zero penalties without upper management approval. The Community Manager offered to transfer Ms. [redacted] to a different unit but Ms. [redacted] declined the offer. On Monday July 20th The Community Manager received approval for Ms. [redacted] to break her lease without any penalties. Ms. [redacted] was notified and moved out on July 22nd 2015. She is being issued a refund for her deposit and the remaining balance of the rent that she paid for July. We have treated apartment 2616 and our pest control company A Greener Image has confirmed that there is no pest control issue at this time in that apartment. To my knowledge this issue is resolved and does not need any further attention.
