We had originally installed a re-manufactured engineAfter it was installed we realized it had problems and at that point, we put the customer in a rental car at our costWe also contacted the manufacturer of the engine in which they shipped us another new re-manufactured engineThe day the new engine arrived we installed it and finished the job and delivered the vehicle to the customerShe appeared happy and satisfied with the work doneLet it be known she does have a warranty in which she is aware of.Greg [redacted] , President Continental Transmission

My transmission in my vehicle went and had them do the work.They arranged financing for me that covered half the cost of the work.They kept my vehicle in "storage" until I could come up with the money to pay for it.When I had the money to pick up the vehicle,they did not release it to me because they said a brake line blew and they sent the vehicle out for repair and that I would get it later.When I went to get the vehicle they hit me with an extra $bill that I had to pay for the damage they done when they took the transmission outI was also horrified at the condition my vehicle was in;THE HOOD LATCH WAS BROKEN AND MY VEHICLE HAD REAR END DAMAGE TO IT FROM ONE OF THEIR TRUCKS BACKING INTO IT.They did a total of $worth of damage that I have yet to recover from themI did not see the vehicle at any time during the repair as it seemed that they wanted to hide what they had done to it.They totally have no respect for other peoples property and delibertly lied to me about doing itThey can only be trusted to do two things 1) Rip you off 2) Lie about doing damage to your vehicle when they are clearly at faultIf you value your vehicle you need to take it somewhere else and not here

time it happenedOfficer *** was on site and saw the young men, and questioned themShe has their information, and when we filed a police report we were told to have *** contact the police and she can file charges against these young men***has all this information as we have forwarded it on to her.let it be known that we are not responsible for lost or stolen itemsIt clearly states that in our office under the ATTENTION sign.Let it also be known that Greg personally called her to ask her what was missing and Initially she said nothingHe gave her his cell phone number for her to call in the case that she finds something was missingHe reached out to her a second time and she said only a small amount of change and an old checkbookHe told her he would replace whatever was missingHe reached out to her one last time and has not heard back from her.Furthermore, when *** dropped her car off to us for repairs, the inside was a messThere were papers thrown everywhere including all over the seat and the floorIt would be hard for us to know if it was broken into based on the condition it was in when she dropped it off to us.Robin ***

andsigned the repair orderWhen the transmission was out, we gave her a price to rebuiuld it Weprovided her with a free rental car and after all repairs were approved and signed for, we hadthe car done and delivered in day to her.Greg ***, President

*** has yet to return one of my phone calls to him on his repair order it clearly says warranty is at this center only If he would call me back maybe I would have a better understanding of the problem he told *** it clunks on down shiftIt could need somethign as simple as bleeding the system out we would be more than happy to honor the warrantyThank You, *** *

The customer brought the car in, and we gave a price for a transmission replacementWhich we recommendedAfter weeks went by, *** opted to repair his existing transmissionThe vehicle came back with a problemWe took care
of it at no chargeWe returned the vehicle back to *** *** with a month, 12,mile warrantyThe facts are: *** *** does have a mth, 12,mile warrantyIf he's experiencing problems, we would be more than happy to honor that warranty for him

I talked to customer I told him he can take it to another shop and I would pay to have his A.B.S. system repaired he agreed I'm waitin gor him to set appointment he said he was happy with my offer.

I have attempted to contact the customer 7 times the latest being 4/1/15 10:15 am and 3:00 I left my cell number and my business number if there is a problem with the work we did we would stand behind it but it clearly states it is a this center warranty on his repair order he told one of the...

workers the problem is once in a while he has problems down shifting it sounds like a hydrulic problem which is seperate from repair we made. Thank you

I don't know WHO they've been "calling," but it hasn't been ME...I've received NO calls or voice mails.
Why is Continental Transmissions) a MEMBER of a nationwide support network (the [redacted] [[redacted]]) if you're only going to warrant your work in your own shop?  It's nice of you to SAY you'll honor the warranty, but you're right in wagering that  I can't afford to take a few days off from work to drive from [redacted] to Buffalo, NY on a faulty transmission  to get the same runaround in person that I've been getting via phone for the last 3 weeks.  Well played, my friends.
Just write me off as an unsatisfied customer and get out of my life.

I towed her car in she neededd a stter cable sepcle from Transmission we replaced it put her ina free rental car for the day washed her truck, filled it with gas [redacted] told me she was happy when she picked car back up, we also gave her a coupon for a free trans tup up $120...

They can only be trusted to do two things 1) Rip you off 2) Lie about doing damage to your vehicle when they are clearly at fault. If you value your vehicle you need to take it somewhere else and not here.
