I am rejecting this response because:
The problem was that their truck was the cause of damage to our driveway I took pictures of the issues and sent to them They pulled their truck onto my driveway with two houses worth of our belongings, which was too much weight onto the apron
of our driveway Their truck also caused some oil damage as well, but am more concerned of damage to the apron of our driveway If they claim that they do not cover the driveway, why is it that their company requested quotes from different businesses for the repair? After I sent them the quotes did they then deny fixing the driveway They didn't even suggest or ask to pull up on driveway when we moved into our home This damage to my driveway was caused by this company and the $doesn't even cover my homeowner's insurance to pay for it to get repaired Please support in getting this issue resolved

We picked up Mrs. [redacted] household goods on June 26, 2014. By US. DOT Law delivery supposed to arrive within 21 business days.
Their household goods delivered on July 11, 2014 in good conditions. Also, the customer agreed to the discount of 311.00 on the day of...

delivery.
