This organization is amazing, they truly did an outstanding job. I am so happy to be part of this established forum.

I'm a business owner and I do not want anyone to appease me. I reviewed the information you sent me and filled it out. I expected your staff to be able to write an article based on that information, however, I had to rewrite the article. After submission, I was contacted by your company again and asked to submit information that your team of "experts" should have known was already in my file. 
I was also told that I would be receiving a hard copy of this article weeks ago and I have yet to receive it. 
You need to refund $2038.00, in its entirety and close my membership/account.

I am very disappointed with this company. They call and make you feel "special" by telling you that you are an elite professional and want to offer you a lifetime membership and to be published in many high volume magazines. They really know how to sell their service. Problem is, they hit you at the end of the conversation with an enormous bill. The other problem, they do it multiple times! Each time, I have asked them if there are any more charges and they say "no", it was a split bill and this was the last payment, we are going to press. Sorry to say, I agreed, so it's my own stupidity that put me in the situation to start with. I did get published as promised and I thought that was it and I wouldn't hear from them anymore. Well, today I get the same call, "we are about to publish and we need you to review the information before it goes to press". I said wait a minute, you've already called me before. BUT wait, you are going to be a more elite member. I said for how much this time, you've already taken me for around $6,000. He said another payment of around $1,900. I said there's no way I owe that and after "looking at my account, oh yes, you have already paid." I then got irate and told him to remove my information from anything having to do with their company. I have also emailed them with the complaint. I just want to give others a heads up that if they call you, always ask them upfront how much they are going to charge you. I'm out a lot of money for a small town girl. I hope others will learn from my mistakes.

Review: This company contacted me via my website contact phone number and expressed interest in my biography. They told me that they will write an article about me on their ICE magazine and I will be able to get more customers once their members will read about me. They collected $417.50 at that time. They told me I have to decide right away. The next day, my credit card wasn't charged yet and I contacted them and said that I am not interested. They sent me an email and told me on the phone that they have already allocated a space on their next issue and they cannot stop the process. They asked me to send them my scanned picture and my biograpgy. Yesterday, I noticed that their issue didn't have any article about me. I send them an email and they said, the articles are for lifetime members. We can put your name and your business name only on the next issue! I said that wasn't the deal and I said that was a scam. They said they are accredited by the Revdex.com and Forbes. Now I want my money back and I have a dispute with my credit card company and today they send me an email saying in capital letters and bold letters that I won't get any refund. I am a small business owner and I work hard to introduce my brand of jewelry line. This company has taken my time, my money, all my personal biography, and they have done nothing. I told them that I will complain to the business bureau. I have all their email documented about their editors are working on my article! Now they are saying differently. I want to get my money in full and ask them to leave people alone and be honest. Please Business Bureau, help me. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Full refund should be credited to my account and no further contact from them.

[redacted] Dear Revdex.com representative, Regarding complaint #[redacted]:The Continental Who's Who contacted me and asked me to remove my complaint through Revdex.com. In return, they told me they will reimburse my money. I asked them to reimburse my money first. Now I want to ask you to remove my complaint. I truly don't understand these businesses.I already have called your number and left a message. Please do whatever you need to do. Take the complaint or talk to them, but I received my money back and thank you for your help. If It wasn't your help, I didn't know what to do and I wouldn't have my money back. Thank you.
