Work was done professionally and radon levels were almost non-existent (well below the legal limit) on retest after the mitigation. He even painted the roof vent pipe black, which was a nice touch. I had used Central Kentucky Home Inspections in the past on two rental homes about 12 years ago, and was happy with them then as well.

David McLean from CKHI responded with a call to set up an appointment, promptly showed up on the day scheduled, evaluated and discussed best options for an installation. Though not the cheapest, his methodology and execution was spot on - bringing the average radon level down to an acceptable level below EPA recommendations.
