Review: Our account was Erroneously sent to collections. The company sent billed to an old address (OVER 3 YEARS OLD) although address had been updated with physician's office 3 YEARS AGO! Also, insurance was never billed.

Multiple calls with no resolution.Desired Settlement: Remove bill from collections and do their job. Bill insurance and update their records to reflect CORRECT address and insurance which was provided to them.
