Review: In January 2014, I received a bill for $5.00 from Continuum Health Partners and subsequently called to inquired about the charge since the date of service was not included and the description stated "previous balance". I was informed that I had under paid the co-payment for my physical in April of 2013. I informed the representative that I had paid my co-payment in full ($20.00) which was stated on my insurance card. The representative whose name I did not note insisted that I called the insurance company and hung up the phone on me. I then called Aetna and spoke with [redacted]. After I told her about my encounter with Continuum she placed me on hold and contacted them. She then included me in the three-way conversation with a Continuum [redacted] ([redacted]). Aetna's representative [redacted], informed [redacted] that I was not required to pay a co-payment since my yearly physical was covered 100% by Aetna. [redacted] promised to refund the $20.00 that I had previously paid. To-date, I have not received the refund. Early this week, I received another bill from Continuum Health Partners for $5.00 stating in the description that its a previous balance.Desired Settlement: I would like Continuum Health Partners to send my refund of $20.00 and stop sending me inaccurate bills.
