Review: My complaint is regarding the billing department of this company. My husband [redacted] and I both received bills from this company for medical services which only stated previous balance. It did not say what the bill was for. There was no previous bill sent to us to explain what the previous balance was for. After I wrote a letter asking for an explanation of what the balance was for, I did get a bill for [redacted], but still have not got an explanation of the balance for myself. How can a company send you a bill for a previous balance without any previous bill or explanation. This is very poor business practice. Getting through to Continuum Health on the phone is most often impossible. There is an interminable wait in which you have to decide to stay on the line by pushing 2 every minute or so to stay connected. Even though I did that today, I was disconnected. I called two days ago and left a message. They say they will return your call within 48 hours. I'm still waiting for that call. If this is the way Continuum Health does their billing, I will have to use other doctors and will tell my friends to as well. This is a ridiculous way to run a business.Desired Settlement: I would like to have an itemized explanation of what the bill is for whenever a bill is sent. Get a different billing system. Also, you need a better way for customers to reach you by phone.

Review: After my doctors vist before leaving the site on 2/**/14 I have paid my co pay of $35, the full amount due.

An invoice was issue on 3/**/14 and I called them on 3/** promptly, spoke with a representative and sent a scan of receipt.

Never heard back.

Another invoice was issued on 4/**/14, called back 5/**, spoke with a rep, told me not to send another scan but wait for call back.

Never heard back.

Another invoice issued on 5/**/14 (the same day I had called, spoke and waited in vein for their call back.), called 5/** and left a message.

The amount was paid on the day of service and I have done all I can to help them resolve their billing problem but they continue to harass me with their invoice.Desired Settlement: Amount due corrected to be $0 and an apology letter acknowledging the correction.

Review: Continuum is continuously billing me for a payment that has already been sent in. The account number is [redacted] There was a delay in payment initially, because we were uncertain what the insurance was going to cover. The initial ER bill was sent in February, and paid (IN FULL) in in March for $ 665.89 Then I received a second bill for $210 a few months later, and it took quite a while to figure that out. However, I sent the payment to the address I was given. The check Cleared in July. Then, I was told that this was the wrong address. This is their fault, not mine. PO box was supposed to be [redacted], they gave me [redacted] After a number of phone calls (initial calls resulting it statements like "i'm sure the payment just crossed in the mail", etc, the last being on 9/* with a [redacted], the problem is still not resolved. According to [redacted], I was told that this was the wrong address. This is their fault, not mine. PO box was supposed to be [redacted], they gave me [redacted] Now, they want me to send another $210 payment, and to paraphrase their representative, they will "try" to send me back my money.Desired Settlement: Account balance cleared.

Review: They are billing me for something that was not allowed to be billed for according to my health insurance. The health insurance sent a letter to them explaining this, and I called and spoke with them as well. They assured me that it was taken care of, yet I continue to receive this bill every month. Now they are threatening to send it to a collection agency.Desired Settlement: They need to correct my account so there is no outstanding balance.
