Review: I purchased a stainless steel teapot (whistling Tea Kettle) Item number: [redacted] Metallic Blue. After using it to boil water for about three weeks I noticed it rusting on the inside by looking through the spout. I contacted the warranty number provided on the decal in the box (###-###-####) and spoke with [redacted] ([redacted]) who requested photos of the rust. I sent him the photos. I later called him (two week later) about the status and [redacted] said he was in process of sending me a new unit. About three weeks of waiting I called again and spoke with another person since [redacted] was on vacation. The second person also said he would send a new replacement unit. This was about two weeks ago.Desired Settlement: Since I cannot use the Tea Pot (due to rust) I would like a replacement (same color) or a refund.
