Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/09/28) */ To someone who may concern, this guy purchased this tablet about half year agothe first time the return reason is the R-F-C keys on tablet went out.and he returned the tablet on 06/04, but after we inspect, that device didn't have any issue, so we replaced the tablet for freebut after two months , on 08/12,that guy returned the tablet again.the reason is the OS of the tablet is different with his original tablet , so he wanna get refundbut the tablet he returned to us has lots of scratched , and the rear case of the tablet was damaged and crackedAccording to our return policy, we're unable to approve his refund over days he purchased it,but we can replace him a refurbished tabletbut that guy said, he will file claim on amazon ,if we can't send him a brand new replacmentso we had to replaced him a brand new tablet (it's the same model with that one he purchsed from amazon) but that guy retured this tablet again on 08/31, this time the reason is we sent him the different modelwe explained to him, that we just have one kind of Qin our stock, the one he purchased was the same with that we sent to him the last timebut he don't trust uswe told him , if he agree, we can send him another brand new tablet, but he said ,he want the old tablet, ( the damage one)that he sent us on 08/12,it unable to find his old tablet after that long time, so we email that guy ,and said we can send him another brand new tablet, but he don't want it, we really don't know how to help him,and how to make him happier

Hello,My name is [redacted] and I am the new manager here at Contixo. I apologize for the service this customer received and that they have resorted to reporting to the Revdex.com.  I do not know why the ball of dropped on this case but we do offer not only 30 day return policy but a 1 year...

manufacturers warranty which covers the issue the customer is having and any other defect. We try our to respond and take care of all the issues we receive in a timely and organized matter but unfortunately it looks like this was not responded to. A case like this does not reflect normal operating procedures within our company. We sell on over 12 different marketplaces online and receive hundreds of emails a day which we manage very well. Unfortunately because [redacted] has so many issues with their seller portal, we are unable to login and see orders quite frequently so sometimes orders from [redacted] are put on hold and we have to back track all the orders since the system went down. I will gladly resolve this for the customer and have already reached out to them via email. I personally will ensure that the customer will receive the correct solution and also in a timely manner. This is just poor customer service. The writing and grammar is poor which makes me question the quality of this company.
