Thank you for taking the time to communicate to us why our service did not meet your expectations. We have every desire to address your needs and provide the best solution available to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
Please be informed that the multiple dates and charges you have mentioned in the complaint file those all charges has not been done from our company. We have charged only $359.99 on XX-XX-XXXX for the computer services. As per the our records you signed the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form and authorized/approved the payment for $359.99. This is the one only one charge showing in our records.
We would also like to inform you that in few of the cases we have noticed that someone (other companies/people) calling to our customers and saying that they are from Contizant Technologies llc, those people misleading to our customer and trying to take money and in such cases customer think that the amount is going to Contizant Technologies llc but the fact is they are not from Contizant Technologies llc. It looks like same thing happen in your case as well and you are thinking that you have paid to Contizant Technologies LLC which is not fact.
We would also like to say that you have right to dispute/chargeback the amount from Credit card company. So, if you think that there are multiple payment on your credit Card you may dispute/chargeback those multiple charges. Tech Support Scam
In December, I got a warning on my screen that my computer was failing and I needed to call Contingent Technologies. I did, he said he would fix my computer and give me a lifetime warranty for $497.99. I paid him with a Chase check online. Then the other day, I got a call from a guy who said I was due a refund. I gave him my account number. He showed me on my computer where he refunded me $5000, and he was going to be in big trouble. He said to help him I needed to go to Best Buy and buy gift cards. I called Contingent, and they said it wasn't their rep on my computer. The Contingent rep said to shut the computer off. But by then the scammer, who may have also been Contingent had wiped out all of my settings and passwords. Contingent called back, I gave them remote control of my computer, and said he needed a $199.99 technician fee to make this right. I did not pay it.
