On 7/28/*** purchased a b2gpromotion,using of her banked tx that dayShe was in again 10/11/& used a second of her banked tx,leaving her free tx remaining. The promotion advertised that she purchased was buy sculptra for $get free. When *** was in on 3/20/she said(to
Emily)there were some tx banked from a previous visit that she believed there was a $value in her acct.Emily stated we will give her whatever the value pd for what she has banked towards another service, but that we would need to verify that by looking at the transaction.*** passed on having Emily verify the value prior to tx,she said she was sure it was $900.When *** was checking out I(Melissa)was called to verify what was on her acct,I stated that the banked tx left from 7/28/had no value they were free.I said that I would be willing to give her $off value for trading the banked tx towards today's service along w that I would also qualify her for max membership which she didn't qualify for.”MM” would give her half off certain fillers that day & for a year from purchase which gave her additional $off her total that day.I decided to do this because she was a loyal client, but because she had stated that she would never use the banked tx in her account.I was trying to work w *** as much as I could wo paying her to be treated.I even found an additional BD rebate I was able to put towards her order helping offset the $difference for her qualifying for MM.*** was offered a printed receipt, she declined & said email was ok.I had email communications w *** trying to work with her & make sure we met in the middle she was unwilling to budge stating she wanted the $for the value of her banked tx.I had given her a total of $1,off of her total bill w the addition of $rebate which exceeded the $value she is upset about. There is nothing additional we could possibly offer this client. She has used the full amount of what was on her account

I am rejecting this response because:
There are so many inaccurate statements and outright lies in this reply it’s hard to know where to beginYes, I did get the Sculptra on a buy get deal, and I had used of themThat is the end of the truthful/accurate statementsOn 3/20/I did ask Emily for $off of the services I was considering in exchange for the Sculptra I had banked, because DrDave, the owner of Contour Clinic, had agreed to give me $for a different, but similarly priced treatment from Emily a few months earlierI have this confirmed in an email from Melissa, and it is in my records at the clinicEmily DID agree to give me $for the treatment I received on 3/20/prior to my receiving themThe only discussion about it was how to give me the $in a way that I would allow me to max my membership benefits to receive half off of injections after paying membership price for the first two vials of Voluma I was purchasing that dayEmily agreed it was best to just take the $off rather than swapping the Sculptra for VolumaEmily DID NOT say I would get whatever the value of the Sculptra was and DID NOT offer to verify the value, therefore I COULD NOT have and DID NOT pass on any offer to verify ahead of the treatment what I would receive for the SculptraThat is a blatant lie! When I checked out Melissa WAS NOT called to verify what was on my accountThe person checking me out, Junelle, could see on her computer that I had vials of Sculptra on my accountJunelle called Melissa because she did not know how to give me the credit (at least that is what she said to me)As I stated in my original complaint, Junelle had a private phone call with MelissaI could not hear anything Melissa was sayingNone of what Melissa said to Junelle was communicated to me by JunelleMelissa prepared the invoice from her location for Junelle on their shared computer systemI paid my invoice believing that I had been given $for the vials of SculptraJunelle DID NOT offer me a copy of my receipt/invoiceI had to ask for one, and she acted like it was quite inconvenient because she had to make me a copy, but she did make me one which I looked at when I arrived home and saw I was only given $instead of the $offered meI NEVER declined an invoice as evidenced by the fact that I have one, and the invoice was not emailed to me as evidenced by the fact they cannot produce an email like thatI also NEVER stated that I wouldn’t use the Sculptra that was on my accountThat is another blatant lie(My belief is that Junelle did not tell me what Melissa said on the phone or offer me an invoice because she knew I had been promised $not $450, and she did not want to have to deal with an upset customer in the lobby of her clinic.) It is also a lie that I did not max my membership to qualify for the half off the fillersAs stated on Contour Clinics website, if you are a member and buy syringes of Voluma or Sculptra at $each, you will get half off all dermal fillers for the remainder of your month membership. On 3/20/I purchased syringes of Voluma and one syringe of VollureI have my invoice to prove thisI don’t know why Melissa is lying about this other than she wants to make it sound like she was giving me a deal when she wasn’tI am not sure where Melissa is getting the $1,number that she claims she took off of my billI believe she is including in that amount $in cash that I had paid in on account as part of my membershipThat is not a discount, it is cash paid in advance on a monthly basis as required for the membershipOther than the $I received for the vials of Sculptra, a deal I DID NOT agree to, the only discounts I received were the ones I had coming because of my membership with Contour ClinicI did max my membership and received vials half priceI also had a Brilliant Distinctions coupon worth $that I had earned through previous purchasesThat coupon is not from Contour Clinic either, it is from Allergan, the company that makes the productsThe $rebate Melissa says she gave me was only an offer that I did not receive (see below)Melissa also falsely states that she tried to work with meThe only option she offered was to give me the $for the Sculptra, but then she was going to take away my membership discounts that I qualified forThis is where she offered me the $rebateIf I had agreed to that I would have had to give her $in addition to what I had already paid!!! How in the world is that trying to work with me? She offered to let me give her even more money when I’ve already had $stolen from me? In summary, Melissa has made many inaccurate and/or outright statements in her replyShe took my Sculptra which retails for $1600-and only gave me $for it which is half the amount I agreed toThey are being dishonest if they say otherwise.*** ***
