Concrete front porch has no slope away from house living area which was poured at the same level.Water is entering house and mildew is showing up.I went over the issue with the builder a number of times along with other issues some of which I had to correct. The water puddles against the kitchen and foyer exterior wall. Any blowing rain puts water under the engineered hard wood floor in both areas. I have met with the county building inspector on other issues some of which have been corrected. The wrong size front door has been replaced with the correct size and several electrical conditions have been corrected that were also code violations. The builder refuses to talk to us about anything and it has been that way ever since we closed on the house and I have had to go through the real estate agent every time to make something happen. We have not made any requests for anything that was not due or paid for. /////Desired SettlementWe need a permanent fix for the front porch water problem that we should expect for a new house. I also need mildew abatement as we are older people and cannot afford to get into health issues.We will not accept any temporary fix and want to know up front what the plan will be before starting /////
