I ordered the hair straightener. They sent me the tracking information. I checked with USPS and they told me it was left on my stairs on Wednesday July 29. It was not there when I got home. I contacted ANNA at contour contour and told her I never received it and it was paid for by my credit card mastercard
tHEY DIDN'T put insurance on it so I am told its my problem. If I were to send something back they ask if I want to insure and I always do.
How can I get resolution in this matter'

Replacement either a replacement or refund but I am not paying for something I didnt receive and they received there money. The USPS says they are not responsible and Contour Contour says they are not responsible but I am out the money and no product
It just showed up as a credit in my account. Thanks for your help.
