Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I have reviewed the response from Contour Solutions with my Mother and her recollections are as follows: Was told if not satisfied to bring back. Does not recall or have in possesion a Free pair of Gloves. During fitting *** could not get stocking over left foot archBegan instructing Son on how to applyHis attempts ended with him stratteling Mother's legs with his backside toward her faceHer Son is 6'7"She stated minutes to get the Rt on and a little longer to get the Lft onAfter returning to Cibolo they were cutting into the back of her legsProbably due to the time of day she was fittedAs *** stated they need to go on First thing not at 12pm I am relaying Mother's commentsI do know for sure though that her "or further option if applicable" comment is not correct as I have proof of Fax with that statement attached to the actual time and date stamp fax receipt. The 15% discount on a new pair? The original pair were $as stated originally we are asking $Refund or further option if applicableThis is already less than 16% what Mother is out of pocketSince she has been wearing the 2nd pair that she purchased from a different store her swelling has subsided and she is doing much better and does not wish to return to Contour Solutions for another fittingI appreciate the OSHA Hygiene policy stated so a simple refund seems to be the best and easiest solution .Regards,*** ***

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Our case has been stated.  Mother is not spending any further money at this establishment. Regards,[redacted]

Ms [redacted] was measured and fitted for a pair of 20-30mmHg knee high compression socks at Contour Solutions, Tuesday, February 17th at 12pm.  Legs were measured to RT Ankle 20CM and RT Calf 36CM, LT Ankle 20.5CM and LT Calf 36CM.  Ms [redacted] advised that she sits quite a bit in her...

wheel chair daily but does get up and around with her walker.  I advised that a lower compression may be more suitable as she is not that mobile and 20-30mmH is a very firm compression. She insisted to get what her doctor ordered and I then asked her if she was going to have someone help her put these on and she said that either her son or the nursing home will help her.   According to the measurements taken that time and day and the measurement guidelines to the product provided, Ms [redacted] was provided a Juzo Basic KH 20-30 Size 1.  Before our customers leave, we also provide them with literature about the benefits of compression and how to don their garments and our Return/Exchange Policy. She and her son were both instructed on how to don the garments, her son put both socks on and she was pleased of the way they felt, they were also given a FREE pair of gloves and they left.  On Saturday, February, 21st at 1:10pm a Cibilo nursing home employee  called our office asking for assistance in donning Ms [redacted]'s socks as she said that Ms [redacted] is swollen and she cannot put them on her legs.  I advised that they should try putting them on first thing in the morning when her swelling is at its lowest. But, at this point, if she wasn't wearing them for a couple of days now,  she was probably already swelling out of the size provided on February 17th and of course, wouldn't fit or don well.  We told the employee that we advised to Ms [redacted] to be sure that she gets these on first thing each morning, not mid day as they would be too difficult to don once her swelling sets in. Note: It make a huge difference to don garments in the morning vs- mid day.  On Monday, February 23rd, [redacted] faxed in a letter demanding a refund to Ms [redacted],  stating that her mother was given the wrong size. I called [redacted] once I read her fax and advised that this was not the case and that we cannot provide a refund due to our OSHA Hygiene Policy. I also advised her that we have not received a call from anyone other than the employee from Cibolo Nursing and Rehab on Saturday.  She still insisted a refund and became argumentive and I said thank you for calling and disconnected the call.  I understand she is looking out for her mothers best interest but she does not have all the pieces of the situation and has to understand that her mother is at the mercy of someone else to help her don her garments and if she doesn't get them on early in the her day, than eventually even a larger size will become too tight. We have been doing this for over 12 years, are certified and are an accredited facility.   [redacted] email to the Revdex.com stating that she asked for " or further option if applicable" was not on her faxed letter to us but we can offer her mother a 15% discount on a new pair of socks, should she so desire.  We hope that explains why we cannot provide a refund and wish Ms [redacted] all the best.  Sincerely, [redacted] Contour Solutions

In response to your feedback:   . Was told if not satisfied to bring back.   . Does not recall or have in possesion a Free pair of Gloves.   . During fitting [redacted] could not get stocking over left foot arch. Began instructing Son on how to apply. His attempts ended with him stratteling Mother's     legs with his backside toward her face. Her Son is 6'7". She stated 15 minutes to get the Rt on and a little longer to get the Lft on. After returning     to  Cibolo they were cutting into the back of her legs. Probably due to the time of day she was fitted. As [redacted] stated they need to go on First thing not at 12pm*We apologize for any miscommunication, however, we never instruct customers to "bring back" garments, which is why all customers are professionally fitted to ensure proper sizing.*Free pair of gloves were given to son[redacted] (customer) insisted to wear garments out of store. [redacted] did NOT put stocking on "left foot", as we are prohibited from putting garments on, in case of injury - this is the reason her son put them on; this is where we gave the free donning gloves, to help don garments. Garments do not "cut" into back of leg, as there is no compression in top of garment (band), only elastic. To add to your mother getting garments elsewhere at a 'larger size': Just because a garment is a larger size, it doesn't necessarily mean A) That's the correct size, B) She's getting the correct compression level due to a larger size being worn, C) It could be a different brand and sizing chart and/or D) Its the same compression level of 20-30mmHgI will tell you according the item purchased/given: Juzo- Size I, the size accommodates as follows: Ankle 18-21cm and Calf 29-38cm. Your Mothers measurements at 1145AM are as follows: RT Ankle 20cm, LT Ankle 20.5cm, RT Calf 36cm and LT Calf 36cm (this clearly fits the size I option)The product was dispensed as written by her referring provider for "20-30mmHg" Knee High. This can be a firm garment/sock to put on. There are lighter compression levels. If  you feel a lighter compression level is easier for your mother and/or the 20-30mmHg is too difficult, I advise you to have your Mother call the referring provider to change or update the prescription for any future purchases. If there was any fitting error on our end, we would definitely replace these garments, however, fitting measurements justify correct size. Since we don't offer refunds on worn compression garments and you are refusing (on behalf of your Mother) the courtesy 15% OFF discount for another purchase, unfortunately, we have no other option to offer.
