Contract Automobile Protection

I have contacted You several times, phone calls-no response,Email - sent in a copy of Payment Plan Agreement plus a photo copy of mileage on the car. Still no response. I am hoping that this will cancel my request; cancel this contract. I would like a refund of money charged from bank account. Please talk with Me about this concern.
