Complaint:
Revdex.com received a message from Mrs *** on 8/21/17, stating that the business has still failed to correct the issues Mrs *** would like her money back

As per phone conversation with *** ***, weather permitting this Friday (7/14) the issues with the roof will be repaired

Regret the very odd and unusual circumstances with Miss *** I attempted to install shingles that are no longer manufactured I happen to find some after calling different lumber yards out of town they were installed in an attempt to dodge the cracks in the one by shiplap decking and was not approved I later procured more and probably the last particular shingle in a 100mile radius in an attempt to match the other side of Miss *** roof however my guys installed them with a inch and a quarter inch nail which would have been fine with regular half inch decking however it was determined that the decking underneath was 3/of an inch in the inch and a quarter inch roofing nails did not penetrate that decking enough after buying shingles and paying my guys twice and not being able to get out before the weather got terrible I will be more than happy to refund Miss *** *** whatever money necessary to make her satisfied it's a very unusual circumstances I have not encountered in over years thanks ** I apologize for any inconvenience
