The bank manager at our Madison location has reached out to the customer She left a message for her and is awaiting the customer's response

I am rejecting this response because: the branch manager waived $of the $fees that I am disputing
Hopefully she consider waiving the remainding $She did call me and left a voice message after I filed this complaintI do apologize that I had to take this step in order to reach a resolution and get help from my bank

The Branch Manager did in fact refund half of the fees on 10/6/17. The Branch Manager reached out to the customer again via telephone on 10/12/17. She explained to the customer that on the bank's behalf, she felt that refunding half of the fees was more than fair. The customer accepted this and agreed.
