Furniture and other possessions crammed into storage space inapproprately I contacted Contract Movers 03-02-and spoke with MrL [redacted] (owner)to ask about the services his company provides After some conversation we agreed for one of her team to come over and see what items were to be moved on 03-03- After he arrived late I showed the him all the furniture and items to be moved including the attic, utility closet and patio table I told him I had a small unit and he suggested I get something bigger so I went the next size up to a 10xand he agreed that should sufficeHe was also informed that a few pieces and boxes would be going to another location and he said there will be a $charge for that I paid a deposit of $which included a 10% fee foe credit/debit cards Moving date set for 03-06-at 3:00pm At 3:24pm after calling them I received a text from MrL [redacted] indicting they were around the corner finishing and were coming to me next w/movers

I paid to have this company move me from one home to anotherI paid for a foot truck but they came with a foot truckI had already rented a foot uhaul truck for any left over items that they would not be able to fit into their truckSo after going back and forth with their office we decided to pack both my truck and theirs to complete the jobI was advised they would unpack both trucks and set up items as I paid for initiallyWell during their move they were at my home from 11:08am to approximately 6:00pmThey then stated they were only doing a hour jobI advised I was never informed of a time limitThey then advised me they couldn't get my French door refrigerator out the kitchen after several attempts They asked me how did the people whom delivered my refrigerator get it in the kitchenI advised them how they brought it inThey attempted to move my refrigerator again dented it in severa
