For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Just Drain's response to my complaint just shows what a complete scam this company is. I do have an invoice from the company that was actually able to unclog a simple drain without spending nearly $to rip up the drain lines and put new ones in as suggested. It doesn't matter if they sent the supervisor out to try to unclog it....he still was incapable of doing his job, just as the other guy was. I also have SEVERAL pictures of all of the damage. So why charge me for unclogging the drain....if the drain was clearly never unclogged? And why couldn't a company whose ONLY job is to unclog drains unable to do it, when just an average plumber who unclogs drains on the side able to do it.I will be MORE THAN HAPPY to see you in small claims court. I will gladly sue you for the damages you caused to my plumbing, to my kitchen cabinets, and to the BRAND NEW stained cement floors that your company trashed. See you in court!!!

In regards to this complaint all I can say is hogwash. My supervisor went out there and couldn't get it open as well. They say another company came out and got it open but which company, where is the invoice confirming this? As far as the water leak it wasn't doing that while we were there. Maybe...

this other supposed corn[any caused it? In any case we see a few customers who won't accept their bad luck and do anything they can to make it look like someone else's fault. Why wait a week to file a complaint? What about the threat of small claims court, all smoke and mirrors. What is a fact is they cancelled their credit card and I am filing in small claims court and we will let the judge decide. To Whom IT May Concern; This is in response to the bogus complaint from Mr. [redacted].. A couple of things here. You have  to apply common sense to a story. Obviously if I paid for service and it started backing up again in 2 weeks that is when I would have called. Why wait more than 2 weeks...

later?  Also my techs absolutely never talk bad or convey to someone else about the poor workmanship of another employee. Also we have no record of an email form him unless we deleted as junk mail as we have never had a customer complain through e-mail. All this manipulator is trying to do is receive free service for a line that obviously has problems. If he had called us when the line supposedly started backing up,like a sane intelligent common sense person would have done, he may not be facing this problem now. I think this fact alone proves the story is false. I also do not respect anyone that will tell lies to try and prove his false statements. I completely disregard his complaint and further more pladng his name and address on our no service list.
