Don from Arizona Perma Glaze..........responding to this customers complaint ....on 5/20/16 we repaired cracks in the tub bottom and reglazed the bottom to match the existing tub/shower unit ......the customer was not charged 645.00 ......the repair bill came to 331.80 it clearly states the price...
and the work that was preformed at her request ...I visited with [redacted] on 7/15/16 and inspected the tub and found the bottom needed a good cleaning ....after scrubbing her tub she agreed the color match was good ....I found she was cleaning the tub bottom with a spray cleaner and a floor mop .....[redacted] indicated that she thought the tub would be whiter after the glazing ..I explained to her that only doing the bottom we have to match the existing color ....which was not white ...our normal price to glaze the entire tub shower would have been 650.00 plus the cost of the crack repairs and foam a total of about 900.00 plus tax she opted for the bottom only to be repaired.....after discussing the work she agreed it was all just fine after I cleaned her tub....I offered in the future if she wanted to resurface the entire tub and make it bright white I would be happy to do that and charge her just the difference between the full refinish price and what she paid fore the repair.....she seemed satisfied with that...I also asked her to contact the Revdex.com and remove the complainant since there was no problem with the work we did for her ...the only discoloration was due to her cleaning method on the tub ....At Arizona Perma Glaze we strive to preform high quality refinish work for our customers and generally never have any complaints ....[redacted]..owner AZ Perma Glaze
